Easy to make at home

Linguine al Pesto

Ingredients for 2 portions

  • 75 grams basil

  • 30 grams pine nuts (I used pecan)

  • 35 grams Parmigiano or Pecorino (grated)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt


Pesto sauce


All ingriedients into a blender and mix for 20-30 second till the wanted consistency


Cook the Pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente

While the water is coming to a boil, heat the pesto in a large sauté pan over medium heat, dad some water boiling water

When pasta is al dente drain (save some pasta water) and move it to the pan, add some water and toss vigorously till the pasta looks glossy and there isn’t any water in the pan

Serve with Parmigiano or Pecorino on the side
